Xerox displays the ColorQube at PRINT 09
Xerox had one of their most recent solid ink releases - the ColorQube series - on display at PRINT 09.
The ColorQube series was announced in May to much fanfare thanks to the innovative Hybrid Color Pricing plans which only charges customers for what they print, comared to the standard bulk printing of many of the ColorQube's peers.
The idea behind these Hybrid Color Pricing Plans is based on three pricing levels: Black Plus Useful Color, Everyday Color, and Expressive Color at one cent, three cents and eight cents, respectively.
Not sure what those entail? ColorQube software deteremines the amount color based on each image and coverage and then affixes a price. Haven't purchased a ColorQube yet?
