Although printers were often thought of as just an “accessory” in the past, with advancements in technology and business, they have become an integral part of work environments, from home offices to large enterprises. And thanks to the invention of the All-in-One (AIO) or Multifunction Printer (MFP), consumers and businesses alike can get printing, scanning, copying and faxing from one device.
So how does one go about choosing a printer that is right for them? By understanding what each style of printing can offer a customer and picking accent features that streamline offices and workgroups. There are several printer styles available on the market, the most common being inkjets or laser printers. Inkjets are typically thought of as “home printers” since they have a low initial cost, print vivid colors and are more desktop suitable.
